David will focus on access to research journals both for authors and readers, technical changes and enhancements created by the shift to electronic journals, and the issues for mathematics as journals are made available under open access models or via database models. He'll also discuss how peer review is challenged by an on-line environment and give a personal take on the current environment for appraising the value of mathematics research.
