Abstract
In this talk we discuss recent results on Ramsey numbers and multicolour Ramsey numbers, including the exponential improvement on the upper bound. Based on joint work with Paul Balister, B\'ela Bollob\'as, Marcelo Campos, Eoin Hurley, Robert Morris, Julian Sahasrabudhe and Marius Tiba.
