Grigoris Paouris of Texas A&M University, College Station, presents "Small ball probabilities for simple random tensors and applications to smoothed analysis of tensor decompositions" at IPAM's Tensor Networks Workshop. Abstract: We establish sharp anticancetration inequalities for simple random tensors under minimal assumptions on the randomness.
