Tong Li University of Iowa Mathematics We present qualitative analysis of some PDE models of traffic flow. Well-posedness theory, finite time blow-up and asymptotic behavior of the solutions are studied. In particular, the existence and nonlinear stability of traveling waves solutions will be presented.
